# Реєстрація
Для використання Sandbox середовища та подання запитів на підключення до Production, користувачеві необхідно створити обліковий запис. Процес реєстрації є простим і передбачає заповнення відповідної реєстраційної форми.
Після реєстрації необхідно виконати вхід до системи. Під час першого входу до Порталу необхідно налаштувати двофакторну автентифікацію: потрібно відсканувати QR-код та ввести одноразовий пароль, згенерований застосунком-аутентифікатором на пристрої користувача. Після успішної операції здійсниться автоматичний вхід до Порталу.
## Вхід
Вхід до Порталу розробників можливий лише після успішної реєстрації та активації облікового запису. Для входу необхідно ввести адресу електронної пошти та пароль.

У разі виникнення проблем із входом до системи рекомендується скористатися функцією відновлення пароля, натиснувши посилання «Забули пароль», або звернутися до служби підтримки UGB.

Після успішного входу користувач буде автоматично перенаправлений на головну сторінку Порталу. Звідси відкривається доступ до Sandbox середовища, де можна перевіряти роботу API використовуючи тестові дані.
Щоб надіслати запит на доступ до діючих API-сервісів Production середовища, необхідно перейти до розділу «Services» у бічному меню та натиснути «Request services». Далі слід виконати інструкції для завершення запиту.
